How to Prepare for Your Mobile or Online Notary AppointmentAt KWL Notary, LLC, we know your time is valuable. Whether you're meeting in person or connecting online for a notarization, being prepared can make the process quick, smooth, and stress-free.

Here’s your simple checklist to help you get ready for your next mobile or Remote Online Notary (RON) appointment:

✅ 1. Bring a Valid Photo ID

Before your appointment, make sure to have a current government-issued ID ready. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. It must be valid (not expired), show your photo, and include your signature. Verifying your identity is required before notarization can begin.

✅ 2. Fill Out the Document (But Don’t Sign It)

Complete all necessary fields in your document before the appointment—except for your signature. Your notary must witness you sign in real time, whether in person or virtually. Having everything else filled out helps avoid delays or rescheduling.

✅ 3. Know if You Need Witnesses

Some documents, like powers of attorney or real estate forms, may require witnesses in addition to a notary. Make sure any required witnesses are present and prepared with their own ID. If you’re unsure, reach out in advance to confirm what’s needed.

✅ 4. Bring the Entire Document

Include every page of your document, even if some don’t need notarization. If you have any attachments, exhibits, or instructions, bring those as well. For loan signings or courier drop-offs, having everything ready keeps things moving efficiently.

✅ 5. Be On Time

Whether I’m coming to your home or you’re joining a RON session online, being on time ensures everything runs smoothly. Log in a few minutes early for virtual appointments, and be prepared at your mobile location at the scheduled time.

✅ 6. Prepare for Payment

KWL Notary accepts multiple forms of payment including credit/debit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of service, so having it ready helps wrap up your appointment quickly and professionally.

Booking your notary appointment should be easy—and it is with KWL Notary, LLC.Whether you need a mobile visit, online notarization, or document courier service, I’m here to provide reliable, flexible support right where you need it.
